Hey Siri… or Hey Jesus?

So one of my friends thought it would be funny to try and get Siri to respond to their voice on my iPhone. No matter how many times they tried, Siri stayed silent. But the moment I said her name, she responded immediately and followed my command.

It got me thinking about something deeper. In John 10:27 (NLT), Jesus says, “My sheep listen to my voice; I know them, and they follow me.”

Just like Siri recognizes my voice because she’s tuned to it, we must learn to recognize and respond to the voice of Jesus. After accepting Him into our hearts, following Him means listening—not just hearing, but truly tuning our hearts to His direction.

So here’s something to reflect on today:
Are you one of His sheep? Do you recognize His voice—and follow when He calls?
