So, this is week 48 of 52 of this year. I know often people have goals, aspirations, and things they may have wanted to accomplish, but life happens.
My honesty moment – I’ve pressed reset on my fitness goals several times this year after maintaining my weight or gaining a pound or two. I’m so close to my first goal it’s frustrating. 😂
But I remind myself to be patient and keep going. Besides, there’s a global pandemic going on as well.
But with about 31 full days left in 2020 – this year isn’t over yet. And like I’ve said before – 2020 isn’t canceled.
Why not set yourself up for success and finish this year strong?
I started over today regarding my healthier eating habits and guess what, I’ll keep starting over as many times as I need to because I’m not giving up!
You can either look at this as an opportunity to finish this year strong or get a head start on next year.

Those are just a few options, but your options are endless. You have so many things you can start now versus waiting for the calendar year to change.
